To participate in the Conference, you must send an application and abstract of the report in electronic form (in DOC or DOCX format) to the Organizing Committee via the
on-line form. The Organizing Committee strongly recommends that you carefully read the requirements for the design of report abstracts. The requirements are provided in the Template for the design of report abstracts in the «
Additional Information» section. A participant may present no more than 4 reports, of which one oral report is allowed.
Please note that if you have already participated in one of the conferences held at the IAO SB RAS, on whose website the AMPL Conference website is located, you already have a Personal Account and are listed in the conference participant database. In this case, you must enter your Login and Password to enter the system. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" field or contact the Organizing Committee.
We recommend using an email address linked to a Google account at registration for participation in AMPL-2025. This is due to the need to ensure your access to the Conference materials, and also it can be used as an additional channel of communication with you if necessary. This address will be available only to the Conference Organizing Committee and site administrators, it is not subject to distribution to third parties. Abstracts reports and papers should include a personal corporate email address.
Please do not register new organizations
– the vast majority of Russian scientific and educational institutions are included in the database. If you did not find your organization in the database, please inform the Organizing Committee.
Please note that an application is considered submitted only after registration of the report title, authors, uploading Russian and English abstracts (for Russian-speaking participants), section request and report submission form.
The Organizing Committee reminds that
all materials submitted to the Conference are open and must not contain information that constitutes a state or commercial secret. In this regard, it is necessary to prepare the documents on the possibility of open publication. Electronic presentations of oral reports remain at the disposal of the Organizing Committee and may be used by it solely for the purpose of popularizing the conference and in reports on the event.
