Third Announcement
Dear participants!
In this last circular we gave you most of the necessary practical information about HighRus-2012. The Symposium will be held in the Helios Hotel in the town of Zelenogorsk near St. Petersburg, Russia. It is about one hour and a half by car from the Pulkovo airport.
The excursion to Kronstadt and Petergof will be held on Thursday, July 5. The list of additional excursions for the participants and accompanying persons will be available on the symposium web site after June 15.
Arrival
A member of the Organizing Committee will meet you at the Pulkovo airport on July 1 and 2. We strongly recommend that all participants to confirm their attendance at the HighRus-2012 before June 10, if you did not do this yet. Please let us know the date and time of your arrival, as well as the flight/train number by e-mail to Olga Ponomareva.
Registration
Registration of participants will be in the hall of the Helios Hotel on July 1 from 3:00 p.m. and on July 2 from 9:00 a.m.
Opening
The Opening Ceremony will take place on July 2 at 3:00 p.m. in the conference hall of the Helios Hotel.
Oral presentations
A laptop computer under WINDOWS XP OS with MS Office 2010, Adobe Acrobat software, and an overhead projector will be available for all participants. Please let us know if you need some additional software or hardware for an oral presentation.
Posters
Each poster will be provided with a poster board 1 m wide and 1.5 m high (portrait orientation). Landscape orientation is not permitted.
VAMDC tutorial meeting
Within the framework of the Symposium, a training seminar for users of VAMDC (Virtual Atomic and Molecular Data Centre) will be organized. If you plan take part at the VAMDC seminar, please contact Valery Perevalov. The organizers of the seminar strongly recommend to all attendees to have a notebook for the practical work.
Closing
The Closing Ceremony will take place on July 7 at 12:00 a.m. in the conference hall of the Helios Hotel.
Publication
The Abstract Book will be published before the Symposium. Contributions presented at the symposium will be published as an electronic book and available on the symposium web site. Guidelines for preparing papers are available on the symposium web site at Extra Info. Authors are invited to submit their manuscripts in electronic form to the Organizing Committee before October 1, 2012.

How to arrive at the Helios Hotel?
From airport Pulkovo-1
A) Taxi from Pulkovo to the Helios Hotel. The fare of the taxi is about 2500 rubles. The distance is 90 km and travel time is one hour 20 minutes. A taxi can be ordered at special stands “Pulkovo taxi” located in the airport terminals or by phone +7 (812) 7-000-000, +7 (812) 6-000-000.
B) By city bus No. 39, K-900 express or route taxi K39 to “Moskovskaya” subway station (subway scheme). Take the subway at this station and go to “Ploshad Lenina” subway station and then walk in the direction of the train station “Finlyandskii vokzal”. Then go by electric train to Zelenogorsk station (travel time is about one hour). The train schedule is located on the web site http://www.tutu.ru/spb/rasp.php?st1=20600&st2=41405. The train fare is 80 rubles. One has to buy the ticket at the train station ticket window. Then by city bus No. 213, 319 or 420 or route taxi No. 305 go from the train station to “Helios Hotel” bus stop. Travel time is 7 minutes. One has to make sure that the bus goes in the direction of the hotel and not to Saint-Petersburg (the bus stop is the same).

A) Taxi from Moskovskii railway station to the Helios Hotel. The fare of the taxi is about 2000 rubles. The distance is 70 km and travel time is about one hour. A taxi can be ordered by phone +7 (812) 7-000-000, +7 (812) 6-000-000.
B) By the subway (subway scheme) from “Ploshad vosstania” station two stops till “Ploshad Lenina” subway station. Walk in the direction of the train station “Finlyandskii vokzal”. Then go by electric train to Zelenogorsk station (travel time is about one hour). The train schedule is located on the web site http://www.tutu.ru/spb/rasp.php?st1=20600&st2=41405. The train fare is 80 rubles. One has to buy the ticket at the train station ticket window. From Finlyandskii railway station
A) By electric train to Zelenogorsk station (travel time is about one hour). The train schedule is located on the web site http://www.tutu.ru/spb/rasp.php?st1=20600&st2=41405. The train fare is 80 rubles. One has to buy the ticket at the train station ticket window. Then by city bus No. 213, 319 or 420 or route taxi No. 305 go from the train station to “Helios Hotel” bus stop. Travel time is 7 minutes. One has to make sure that the bus goes in the direction of the hotel and not to Saint-Petersburg (the bus stop is the same).
B) By route taxi No. 400 from “Ploshad Lenina” (the bus stop is to the right from the subway station exit) go towards the railway station of Zelenogorsk. The route taxi works from 06:30 until 23:00. The fare is 100 rubles. One has to pay the driver.
